The Morais family has been making wine for over a hundred years. Joining this age-old family tradition with Virginia’s rich history of winemaking, the Morais family has built a legacy which has become an area landmark. The Winery opened its doors to the public in 2011.
Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Chambourcin, Petit Verdot, Red Blends, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Verdelho, Rose, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and more.
Policies:
Hours: Friday: 1pm-7pm; and Sat & Sun 12pm-6pm
Children / Under Age: Children are allowed in our tasting rooms. They must be supervised at all times and must be seated with adults or playing on the play ground.
Pets: Dogs are allowed at the winery outside on the lawn. They must be leashed at all times.
Bus / Limo: We do not take reservations for large groups, however if you require special parking for a private event at our winery, please contact our events team directly at hello@moraisvineyards.com.
Outside Food: Bring your picnic and enjoy the day with us.
Food Service: We offer Several different artisanal cheeses, charcuterie items, olives, jam, crackers (including a GF option) and toasted baguettes.
Reservations: We are currently not taking any reservations. All seating is first, first serve. For groups of 20+ can reach out to events team to inquire a private event space for your group.

Tastings: The newest addition to our estate is the public Tasting Room and Gift Shop. This uniquely designed round structures is an elegant and restful space to enjoy a tasting or glass of wine. A sweeping wrap around veranda offers magnificent views to the vineyards and plenty of outdoor seating.
